About The Position
TBNR (The Best Never Rest) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and has been growing nonstop ever since! As a result, in 2023 TBNR was approved by YouTube as the first Creator-owned MCN (multi channel network). Today our MCN, ‘Fire MCN’ gets an average of 30 million views per day and includes the YouTube channels; PrestonYT, BriannaYT, PrestonPlayz, BriannaPlayz, PrestonReacts, BriannaReacts, Keeley, and Daisy and Poppy. The Instagram Producer Intern will help manage and produce content for Instagram, including Reels, Stories, and feed posts, with a focus on engagement and brand consistency.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of TikTok trends and culture
- Experience with short-form video editing (mobile or desktop)
- Creative, fast-moving, and trend-aware
- Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and storytelling
- Comfortable working in a feedback-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Assist with TikTok content planning and execution
- Edit short-form videos optimized for TikTok
- Monitor trends, sounds, and platform updates
- Support posting schedules and content organization
- Analyze basic performance metrics and engagement
