About The Position

Responsible for picking up a live chicken from the feet and placing it into a
moving shackle. The requirement is to hang 23 birds per minute. Bird weight
range from 6.0 to 11.0 lbs.

Requirements

• Must have a goof interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Able to abide by company safety policies
• Capable of operating a Forklift and End loader
• Physically, must be able to: Work in high places, climb ladders and stairs, Bend, kneel and walk frequently.
• Move large objects, lift and move 50 pounds,
• Be able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed and able to show up on time and as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Must be capable of regular and predictable attendance
• Must be able to work overtime and holidays as needed
• Must be able to work in dry and wet environment
• Must be able to work in different spots of the live hang production line
• Wear proper PPE
• Comply with established Company procedures
• Comply with biosecurity, FSMA local, state and federal laws, policies, practices and procedures
• May be cross trained as a cage dumper
• Performing repetitive motion
• Perform any task asked by management
