Live - Out Nanny House Manager for a Family in Milton
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Nanny/House Manager to support our household and care for our three children (ages 7, 5, and a newborn). This role is ideal for a younger, energetic nanny who is highly engaging, active, positive, and confident—someone who can be fun and nurturing while also setting healthy boundaries and maintaining structure. Responsibilities include primary daytime care for the newborn, support with school-aged children (school pickups, activities, and routines), family meal prep and cooking, family laundry, unloading the dishwasher, bottle washing, stocking diaper stations, managing diaper pails, Instacart grocery orders and putting groceries away, running errands and returns, light housekeeping and organization projects (cleaning service comes 1–2x weekly), and vendor check-ins/communication. The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and organized, able to seamlessly handle house management tasks while being a steady, positive presence for the children. Flexibility is key, as this role includes occasional date nights, overnight care at the home approximately five nights per month, and international travel with the family.
