This position comes with FREE housing - rent and utilities for a private 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment are completely paid for, so you can focus on providing quality, compassionate care while earning a salary at the same time! As a Professional Neighbor , you will live in GoodLife-provided housing as a network manager and caregiver for semi-independent adults with disabilities. You will provide guidance, remote monitoring, and support for persons served, as well as assist with training and supervision of direct care staff. Requirements

Must successfully pass criminal background check
Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Ability to live on-site

Responsibilities

Training and providing ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and counseling to direct care staff
Providing remote monitoring and support via tech-based monitoring systems
Teaching and supporting daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, laundry)
Transporting to appointments and activities in company vehicle
Completing assigned management and administrative duties
