About The Position

Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota (CANMN) is currently hiring a Live-In Direct Support Professional to provide services to clients in the Shoreview/Lino Lakes, MN area! CANMN is a faith-based non-profit organization providing person-centered services to adults with a variety of intellectual disabilities. We are called to work alongside those we serve and provide enrichment to their lives. We stay very active with camping trips, sporting events, Bible study's and beyond. Join us today!

Requirements

• High school degree, GED
• Valid driver's license
• Must pass DHS background study
• Passionate about serving others!

Nice To Haves

• experience and/or training with individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervision Sunday night through Friday morning overnights from 10pm-6am. The overnights are asleep.
• Assist individuals on daily living skills, household tasks, personal hygiene, budgeting, and medication administration.
• Transport and accompany residents in community activities, recreation, and leisure activities. Company vehicles provided.
• Provide and maintain a safe environment while implementing behavior management skills.
