Sound Investment, a leading Event Production and Sales & Installation company with a national footprint, is looking for a detail-orientated and organized Live Event Production AV Project Manager to join a fast-paced and expanding team in its New York office. The role is required to work onsite Monday through Friday 9 am - 5pm The Live Event Production AV Project Manager leads the planning, coordination and execution of events from start to finish. They work closely with clients, sales teams, and production teams to define technical and creative needs, secure resources, manage budgets and timelines as well as oversees onsite operations to ensure flawless event delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is someone who is a self-starter that can thrive in both a structured corporate environment and fast-paced entrepreneurial settings. They should possess strong awareness of event production technology, trends and best practices as well as strong technical and interpersonal skills and organizational skills. This role requires an exceptional level of attention to detail and communication skills (both written and verbal).
