About The Position

ADF Medical Services Inc. is hiring a friendly and attentive Remote Live Chat Assistant to provide real-time online support to patients and clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are quick typists with a warm personality and strong written communication skills. The position is part of the Customer Support & Patient Services Department.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient and client inquiries instantly through our live chat platform
  • Provide helpful and accurate information on services, appointments, billing, and support
  • Manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism
  • Log and document all chat interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
  • Deliver a consistently warm, helpful, and professional experience in every chat
  • Follow all company communication guidelines and service quality standards
  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols at all times
