About The Position

The Valuation & Advisory Group within Cushman & Wakefield is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Support Specialist to join our Dispute Analysis & Litigation Support (DALS) team that covers the Tri-State region of the US. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in real-estate related litigation support and possess strong writing skills. Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real-estate related litigation support.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Real Estate valuation experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; general certified state appraiser license is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to senior real estate valuation experts throughout all phases of litigation and real estate valuation related assignments, including research, document review, preparation of expert and/or valuation reports, and litigation activities.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and clarity.
  • Manage and organize multiple assignments.
  • Assist with the preparation of exhibits and presentations
  • Coordinate with team leader/testifying expert to ensure timely delivery of services to client.
