Litigation Senior Counsel/Partner
About The Position
We’re seeking a Senior Counsel or Partner to join our Product Liability Practice Group in San Diego, CA. This role is ideal for attorneys with 7+ years of litigation experience who have had and value hands-on case responsibility and the opportunity to advance in a trial-oriented practice. In this role, you will: Take lead on key litigation activities: depositions, motions, client communication, and expert coordination Manage discovery strategy and execution Handle trial prep and courtroom planning Lead/Participate in Trial Teams Collaborate with colleagues across offices on major national cases
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license
- 7+ years of relevant litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and trial-readiness
- Knowledge of both state and federal court procedures
- Prior trial or arbitration experience
