About The Position

HERS Advisors has partnered with a leading business law firm in Newport Beach, California (hybrid), which is seeking an eager Litigation Paralegal to join its Securities Litigation & Enforcement team. This is a unique opportunity for a paralegal with general litigation experience who is looking to expand their skill set and receive hands-on training in securities litigation.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and ABA approved paralegal certificate
• 5+ experience working as a litigation Paralegal for a law firm
• Fundamental proficiency in online research and internet resources (Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw and equivalents)
• CA State and Federal Litigation skills with an excellent working knowledge of legal documents and court rules
• Fundamental proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as use of database software such as Summation, Concordance and/or Relativity
