About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary in its Houston office. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced defense firm. This is a full-time on-site position.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced defense firm.
• Familiarity with Texas State and Federal rules of civil procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Milana is beneficial and a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to multiple Attorneys.
• Work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation and e-discovery.
• Manage e-filing in state and federal court.
• Handle case management and Harris County Civil Courts docket procedures.
• Conduct document review and exhibit preparation.
