About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary in its Houston office. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced defense firm. This is a full-time on-site position. Qualifications: Candidates must be familiar with Texas State and Federal rules of civil procedures.

Requirements

Candidates must be familiar with Texas State and Federal rules of civil procedures.
5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced defense firm.
Work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation and e-discovery.
Experience and knowledge of e-filing in state and federal court, case management, Harris County Civil Courts docket procedures, document review, and exhibit preparation.
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are required.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Candidates must have excellent analytical and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to multiple Attorneys.
