Litigation Counsel is responsible for providing designated legal services to the healthcare system. The role involves representing health system entities and providers as assistant counsel of record in general litigation, including but not limited to specialized healthcare litigation, professional liability defense, employment matters, premises liability, collections litigation, general liability, and unemployment issues.
