Requirements

  • 3+ years of litigation experience within a law firm or similar professional setting.
  • Active California Bar license (required).
  • Strong trial preparation skills and experience with motion practice and depositions.
  • Familiarity with e-discovery tools and workflows.
  • Exceptional writing, research, advocacy, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.

  • Experience in a large or multi-office law firm environment.
  • Exposure to complex litigation matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while balancing team priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage case files and support all stages of litigation, including trial preparation.
  • Draft motions, briefs, and other substantive legal documents.
  • Conduct depositions and support courtroom proceedings, as appropriate.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys and clients in a collaborative team environment.
  • Utilize e-discovery platforms to manage and analyze case materials.
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic insights to support case strategy.
