Litigation Associate (Los Angeles or San Diego, CA)

Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation experience within a law firm or similar professional setting.
- Active California Bar license (required).
- Strong trial preparation skills and experience with motion practice and depositions.
- Familiarity with e-discovery tools and workflows.
- Exceptional writing, research, advocacy, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.

- Exposure to complex litigation matters.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while balancing team priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage case files and support all stages of litigation, including trial preparation.
- Draft motions, briefs, and other substantive legal documents.
- Conduct depositions and support courtroom proceedings, as appropriate.
- Work closely with senior attorneys and clients in a collaborative team environment.
- Utilize e-discovery platforms to manage and analyze case materials.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic insights to support case strategy.
