Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters independently.
A proactive, client-focused mindset with a collaborative spirit.
Virginia Bar admission required.

Responsibilities

Handle a variety of litigation matters across state and federal courts.
Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and participate in mediations and trials.
Develop strategies tailored to client needs, balancing practical solutions with vigorous advocacy.
Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver high-quality, efficient legal services.
