About The Position

We are currently seeking mid-level to senior litigation associates with at least 4 years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation, including representing clients in disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Applicants must have experience managing all phases of complex litigation matters, advising clients on brand protection issues and supporting enforcement strategies in administrative and federal forums. We require that the candidate be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam. Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation, including representing clients in disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB)
