Requirements
- 3-6 years of solid litigation experience
- Background in commercial or complex civil litigation
- Proven ability to manage case files and drive litigation forward
- Licensed in Tennessee, or eligible to waive in
- Excellent writing, communication, and courtroom skills
- Comfortable in a collaborative, high-performance setting
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in high-stakes commercial and complex litigation
- Manage and conduct depositions
- Draft and respond to discovery
- Prepare dispositive motions
- Take ownership of trial preparation
- Take ownership of strategy meetings and case analysis
- Collaborate directly with senior attorneys and firm leadership
- Work with a broad client base, including leaders in healthcare, energy, finance, and telecommunications
