This role offers exposure to dealer-broker disputes , land use , zoning , and trial support across high-stakes commercial matters. Requirements
- 2–7 years of litigation experience (real estate, corporate, or commercial)
- Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills
- JD from ABA-accredited law school; CA Bar in good standing
- Screening Checklist: Law school transcripts Writing sample, deal sheet, or representative matters list Reason for exploring new opportunities
Nice To Haves
- Trial experience (1st or 2nd chair) preferred
- Experience with construction law, zoning, or regulatory matters a plus
