Litigation Associate Attorney
About The Position
Our client, a well-known regional law firm with a national presence is seeking an attorney with at least three to six years of commercial litigation experience. Qualified candidates must have experience drafting and arguing motions, drafting and responding to discovery, handling document production, and taking depositions. Experience with municipal work and state court litigation preferred. Strong academic background, exceptional analytical skills and excellent writing skills are required. This is a client focused firm with a highly regarded litigation practice and an excellent reputation including numerous Chambers rankings. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 – $149,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level. The firm offers a work/life balance and a progressive bonus structure.
