The Listing Agent will develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets by ensuring a seamless transition from acquisition or rehab/construction to sale. The role will be responsible for analyzing market data, inputting property information into Heartland MLS, marketing properties, conducting virtual and on site tours and negotiating contract terms.
