The Investor Sales Agent will develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve sales targets by ensuring a seamless transition from acquisition to sale, with a primary focus on off-market properties, investor clients, and renter-buyer transactions. This role is responsible for marketing directly to investors, building and maintaining a strong buyer network, conducting property showings, and negotiating contracts that align with company goals. Success in this role requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to attend networking events, meetups, and industry functions that foster relationship-building and deal flow. Additionally, the Agent is expected to maintain a strong and consistent social media presence to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and attract qualified buyers through digital channels.
