As the Full-Time Liquor Department Manager at Brookhaven Market, you will take charge of the day-to-day operations of our vibrant liquor department, ensuring compliance with all alcohol regulations and company policies. Your role will involve maintaining optimal inventory levels, placing orders, and receiving product deliveries to keep our shelves stocked with the finest selections. You'll unleash your creativity by designing eye-catching merchandise displays and managing seasonal promotions that draw customers in. Monitoring sales, margins, and shrink will be key as you strive to meet and exceed department goals. Requirements

Retail experience, preferably in liquor sales.
Prior management or supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits is a must.
Ability stand and walk the duration of scheduled shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
