Execute institutional sales support for the Global Liquidity Solutions Group (money market funds, ultra-short bond funds and separate account business). Support the sales team in developing and executing an optimal client-relationship management framework to maintain existing and drive new AUM. Manage and coordinate various aspects of territory management, including conference participation, prospect research and lists, bi-weekly reporting, and pipeline management. Manage client communications for general marketing as well as event- or client-specific communications. Work closely with Liquidity Management to prepare business plans, sales objectives, forecasts and sales channel reporting. Establish excellent communications across functional areas of the firm - including portfolio management, marketing, legal, compliance and client service teams - to ensure seamless execution of business requests. Support onboarding of new institutional clients across corporate and financial institution channels. Maintain sales dashboards, CRM entries, and activity reports to ensure accurate and timely data for senior leadership. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between and $70,000 - $125,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
