About The Position

Our services include aluminum extrusion, fabrication, architectural and industrial finishes, and more. We are hiring for a liquid/powder painter to join our second shift team in River Falls, WI. This position works Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-1:30am, with occasional overtime on Fridays.

Requirements

• Knowledge of painting processes
• Ability to work in a team or independently

Nice To Haves

• Experience with small hand tools beneficial
• Attention to detail is a plus

Responsibilities

• Applies liquid or powder paint to product surfaces
• Obtains production schedule from lead and gathers coatings for each run.
• Performs color changes based on production schedule.
• Appropriately mixes paints and solvents.
• Performs light maintenance and preventative maintenance on paint booths and equipment.
• Inspects product for quality issues.
• Rotates to different stations within the paint booth.
• Can locate, read, comprehend and execute proper work instructions.
• Establishes efficient work flow based on product and task.
• Efficiently uses painting materials and other supplies and notifies the correct person when supplies run low.
• Properly wears required Personal Protective Equipment.
