Top Workplace Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7nlFHnnfvhk Role Focus Own the end-to-end process of producing liquid chemical products—receiving and transferring bulk materials, running blends, and packaging into non-bulk containers to exacting standards. Hours: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. CST. Training is on 1st shift during weekdays for 2–4 months; shift premium still applies. What Success Looks Like Containers are inspected inside and out before any fill (per Container Inspection and Filling SOPs). Reactors are cleaned and documented according to GMP SOPs for Recordkeeping and Manufacturing Equipment Cleaning and Inspection. Required PPE is worn for filling and mixing activities (see Production Worksheet and PPE Certifications). Every batch meets quality requirements before it leaves production; liquids are properly filtered. Production areas remain safe and clean at all times. Tank trucks are inspected prior to any loading or unloading (follow Tank Truck Bulk Loading and Tank Truck Unloading SOPs). All paperwork is reviewed before load/unload operations (Tank Truck Loading, Tank Truck Unloading, Railcar Unloading SOPs). Production Schedules and Batch Records confirm the right raw materials and sequence of addition. Totes are cleaned per procedure; service records and test data are kept in the Prism tote tracking system. Weekly area inspections are completed (as assigned); filter logs and other logs are accurate and on time. Catalyst is reviewed weekly to keep required trainings and SOP reviews current. All scheduled trainings are attended unless absent. Hydrite’s Standard of Excellence is upheld in facilities, products, and service. All relevant SOPs are followed; other duties performed as assigned. Participation in Emergency Response Team, RCRA, regulatory, health & safety, and process training as required. Equipment issues are captured via Maximo service requests. Reporting Line: Production Supervisor

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • At least two years preferred in chemical processing or other manufacturing
  • Comfort with basic computers and MS Office
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills; able to read, write, and speak English
  • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
