Learn more on dxc.com . Essential Job Functions: Provide expert technical support in infrastructure services, responding to complex issues and inquiries. Assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects and initiatives, executing assigned tasks. Continuously monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems, ensuring optimal performance. Collaborate with the team to improve infrastructure efficiency and resolve technical challenges. Participate in the development of infrastructure documentation, including incident reports and configuration details. Apply deep technical knowledge to address complex infrastructure-related problems. Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery. Apply critical thinking and technical skills to find solutions to infrastructure issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving in relation to hardware and OS support
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
• Proven experience with Linux (RHEL, SUSE) operating systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with data center server hardware maintenance support.
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+, and/or Security+ and Linux certification are a plus
