About The Position

PURPOSE: To provide quality service and products to our customers in a timely and professional manner.

JOB SUMMARY: 2nd shift 3:30pm-11pm; Responsible for filling and moving carts to assigned areas within the hospital. Provides a superior level of linen service throughout the hospital in a friendly and timely manner. Must meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Be able to stand on feet up to 12 hours a day
• Be able to push/pull soil/clean carts weighing up to 800 lbs. (on wheels)
• Sufficient manual dexterity to build linen carts
• Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, and pulling
• Must be able to accurately perform simple mathematics

• Cross-train in other positions per facility needs
