The Linen Distribution Technician is responsible for maintaining linen inventory, distributing clean linen, and removing soiled linen from patient care areas. A Brief Overview The Linen Distribution Technician is responsible for maintaining linen inventory, distributing clean linen, and removing soiled linen from patient care areas. Requirements
- Required - No Education Required General Studies
- Basic knowledge in warehousing and receiving.
- Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred - Inventory 0-1 years
- Preferred - No prior work experience
- Preferred - Warehouse 0-1 years
Responsibilities
- Inventories linen carts for each user area.
- Unloads clean linen from trailer.
- Understands, applies and supports departmental/hospital policies, procedures and standards.
- Performs other job functions as assigned.
