Line Service Technician

About The Position

As a Line Service Technician, you will provide ground support to arriving and departing aircraft and efficient, professional, and courteous service for crew members and their passengers. Additionally, you will perform daily line service operations by safely and accurately conducting general flight line operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
A valid driver’s license
Basic English communication skills
Able to lift/carry up to 75 pounds
A courteous, respectful attitude with a reliable work ethic
Willingness to work flexible hours – rain or shine
Regular and prompt attendance required
Takes pride in doing it the right way
Must be able to handle the demands of an active, on the move role
A strong eye for quality and a focus on customer service

Nice To Haves

Direct line ramp experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide a wide range of aircraft and customer support services
Safely tow aircraft in and out of the hangar and marshal aircraft arriving or departing the ramp area
Assist passengers and crew with luggage and vehicles
Assist with wing-walking duties as required
Provide ground power and lav servicing as required
Assist with general cleaning of the interior and exterior of aircraft and clearing of debris from ramp, hangar and customer areas
General cleaning of hangar area including floor
Routine GSE equipment maintenance and upkeep
Occasional transportation to outside vendors for parts pick up/drop off
Interact with other company departments and employees in a timely, respectful and professional manner
Support a safety-first culture, work with accuracy, clarity, and an eye for detail
Perform other duties as assigned
