The Line Service Technician is to greet, park, tow, move and marshal aircraft arriving or departing ramp area. Provide pre-arrival, arrival, and departure assistance for flight departments and passengers visiting our FBO. Provide shuttle service for passengers/crew as required. Provide coffee and water service as requested. Fuel aircraft as requested. Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo as needed. Assist with general cleaning and cleaning of debris from ramp, building and customer areas. Assist with wing-walking duties as required Operate radios for advisory and non-flight services. Comply with company policies related to customer service standards and airfield procedures including safety and security. Assist with customer service duties as required. Accurately process and record all credit card, check, and cash sales/purchases, which include issuing a receipt. Assist with general cleaning and cleaning of debris and snow removal from ramp, building and customer areas. Assist with customer service duties as required.
