Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company insurance requirements
  • Safety-focused mindset with a commitment to regulatory compliance
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Self-Driven: with the ability to take initiative and follow tasks through to completion
  • Adaptability and Change Management: Ability to respond effectively to changing operational demands

  • Mechanical aptitude related to fuel truck operations and ground equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks safely and consistently
  • Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

  • Safely marshal, park, and position aircraft on the ramp
  • Greet passengers and flight crews with a professional, service-forward attitude
  • Manage, handle, and dispense aviation fuels in accordance with safety standards and company procedures
  • Conduct fuel quality control checks and accurately complete required fueling documentation
  • Tow and secure aircraft; move aircraft in and out of hangars as needed
  • Perform ground support activities, including chocking, tie-downs, GPU support, and lav service coordination (as applicable)
  • Operate and oversee the daily operational readiness of fuel trucks and ground support equipment; coordinate maintenance needs with the Facilities & Maintenance Manager
  • Support facility cleanliness and readiness, including lobby, hangar, and surrounding areas
  • Operate the fuel desk phone and assist with fuel orders and rental vehicle coordination as needed
  • Assist other departments and perform additional duties as assigned to support daily FBO operations
