This Position reports to: Senior Project Lead Engineer In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Product Manager in optimizing the offer portfolio and return on investment. Each day, you will ensure that ABB has full understanding of market requirements in a specific area and can transform those requirements into offer specifications and development activities. You will also showcase your expertise by performing various offer lifecycle activities supporting the development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. The work model for the role is: Onsite; Senatobia, MS This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Division . Your role and responsibilities: Reviewing and Implementing engineering changes across products and coordinating the deliverables between cross functional teams. Ensuring the manufacturing line has the support required to meet market demand by monitoring output and capacity, verifying line balancing meets the required TAKT, verifying work instructions, and taking a proactive approach to remove barriers that would impede achieving this goal. Loading, correcting, and monitoring all data related to respective products using the manufacturing unit’s ERP system such a Material Masters, Bill of Materials, Routings, and Costing. Establishing contacts with suppliers for technical support to improve material quality and/or to decrease costs. Our Team Dynamics Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related OR Associates Degree in Engineering with 4+ years of Engineering Experience
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Must be goals-oriented, analytic, and methodical
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, SAP (or similar ERP Systems), and Windchill (preferred)
  • Experience with 3D modeling software preferred
  • Proficient in Excel Data analysis and Reports preferred
  • Experience in Reading Wiring Diagrams preferred
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
