About The Position

Ted's Montana Grill is seeking Line Cooks/Prep Cooks to join their team. This role is integral to the restaurant's commitment to "Premium, Polished and Professional" service, guided by "The Big Sky Spirit." The kitchen operates as a scratch kitchen, preparing all menu items in small batches to ensure freshness. A unique feature is the on-premise butcher shop where beef and bison are hand-carved and ground daily. Heart-of-House team members are highly valued, and Line Cooks/Prep Cooks are expected to not only prepare food but also demonstrate showmanship and interact with guests in the display kitchens. The company prioritizes family and quality of life, ensuring restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Great team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Passionate about great food!

Responsibilities

  • Prepares our made-from-scratch food
