About The Position

Line Operator West Chester, PA Hourly Rate: $20.00-$25.00 Responsibilities: Responsible for the Safety, Quality, and Production within the spinning line Assembly, load, Pack, Startup/Shutdowns and Changeovers Responsible for following production schedules, replenishing material, eliminating losses, finding and fixing defects Calculate and record results in data entry systems Complete CIL tasks Drive own results and priorities through the 5 Rocks process Participate in planned stops, DDS (24 hour planning) and shift handovers Assist in onboarding new team members Maintain daily goals to ensure minimum loss of downtime on the machines Maintain a quality-focused culture in a manufacturing environment Requirements Manufacturing experience Assembly line experience Working experience of Loss Elimination Methodologies preferred Collaboration skills-Able to work in a global multi functional environment Strong communication skills Must be able to go to Ireland for training Benefits Health Insurance (covers employee 100%) PTO (can accrue 14 PTO days in the 1st year of employment) Holiday Pay Bereavement Leave Life Insurance (100% paid for employee by company) Short Term Disability (100% paid for employee by company) Long Term Disability (100% paid for employee by company) Retirement Plan 401K (with 5% Safe Harbor contribution)

  • Manufacturing experience
  • Assembly line experience
  • Working experience of Loss Elimination Methodologies preferred
  • Collaboration skills-Able to work in a global multi functional environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to go to Ireland for training
