We are looking for a Production Line Operator to join our team. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include preparing production lines, ensuring product quality, and drop metal detectable test pieces. This individual will ensure product safety while following all company policies and procedures. If this sound like you, want to hear from you! What you’ll do: Check labels against orders to guarantee accurate information. Verifying the seal type through production order copies adds an extra layer of quality control. Ensure precision by cross-referencing Material Planning picklists, orders, and production schedules to confirm quantities and products. Verify order batches, conducts product checks, and ensures equipment sanitation in alignment with production standards. Maintains detailed logs and adheres to all sanitation procedures. Ensuring tool accountability and maintaining a systematic workflow. From auditing tool cabinets to palletizing and wrapping empty drums, every step plays a crucial role in maintaining efficiency. Cross-training on various production lines. Keep work areas organized and completing downtime logs. What you’ll bring: Ability to work a diverse range of tasks, from lifting up to 75 lbs. at a time to safely rolling drums weighing up to 315 lbs. Interest in being a part of an effective and productive manufacturing process. Ability to read, write with desire to continually learn and improve. Knowledge of Industrial Safety and Hygiene guideline with previous experience in plant production sites with added plus of exposure to food industry. At least 3 years of previous Operator experience. These ingredients are used in many of today's popular convenience foods. The Agricultural Ingredients unit is located in Turlock, California. The hourly rate for this position is $22.19 per hour USD. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
