Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for operating and maintaining the assigned production line in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring high quality and productivity while working a 12.5-hour shift. Provide support to Line Lead as needed.
Requirements
- High school education or GED equivalent is required
- Ability to read a tape measure

- Recent manufacturing experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining the assigned production line in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensuring high quality and productivity
- Working a 12.5-hour shift
- Providing support to Line Lead as needed
- Performing tasks in a safe manner, with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and in compliance with all safety regulations
- Participation in Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and near-miss reporting
- Meeting productivity standards
- Completing required documentation accurately and on time
- Troubleshooting issues related to quality or productivity
- Making adjustments to machinery as necessary
- Suggesting process or procedure improvements
- Coordinating with lab personnel, Team Leaders, and Senior Process Engineers
- Performing 5S and other housekeeping duties
- Obtaining and maintaining three certifications
- Training others as needed
- Adhering to all departmental rules, regulations, and procedures
- Performing any other duties as assigned
