About The Position

These positions will require a pre-employment drug test.

Requirements

• Must have knowledge of fruit grades/sizes, varieties, machinery and supplies.
• Must have the ability to train new hires in job functions.
• Must be able to make quick informative decisions during periods of high pressure
• Must be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of pack schedules.
• Be able to do repetitive work while paying attention to detail.
• Must have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor implement Stemilt standards throughout the line.
• Be a team leader and motivate the line.
• Adjust line speed.
• Monitoring cost per box.
• Ensure tickets in are cleared.
• Monitor quality of production.
• Other duties may encompass other than the duties listed.
