About The Position

We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and senior-level HR Generalist to lead
human resources business processes for our Cookeville, TN site. This role serves
as a key point of contact for HR functions within our facility, balancing daily
tactical execution with the complexities of a unionized workforce. The
successful candidate will lead the improvement and deployment of HR processes
while maintaining stable labor relations in a high-volume manufacturing
environment.  This is a 100% on-site role.
