As an Injectable Inspection Line Coordinator, you will operate and control production lines within the Injectable Inspection area. You will oversee both manual and automated inspection operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance. Monitor inspection output, perform troubleshooting, verify product quality, and document production data in batch records. Confirm line settings and changeovers, communicate effectively between shifts during IMEx Tier 0 handoffs, support timely start-up and shutdown of lines, and assign operator duties for end-of-order activities, cleaning, and clearances. Maintain strict compliance with manufacturing standards, cGMPs, and all regulatory requirements. Train in the SAP inventory system and obtain forklift certification to support Material Handler duties. Train in the WPM Labor Reporting System. Maintain thorough knowledge of inspection processes and perform inspections when required. Support special projects and cross-functional work teams. Participate in training and recertification of new colleagues. Be audited on inspection technique and tray defect identification when performing inspection tasks. Complete training in all Material Handler functions. Demonstrate Pfizer leader behaviors and uphold Pfizer values.
