About The Position

Food & Beverage Complete tasks efficiently and within expected timeframes Ensure proper storage and rotation of products Minimize waste and maximize usage by following recipes and safety standards Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation daily Culture Embody Barracuda’s culture, vision, and values Communicate effectively with teammates and support collaboration Be responsive to feedback and work to resolve issues quickly

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the service industry required, preferably in a high-volume setting
• Back of House experience preferred but not required
• Personable and enjoys working with customers and a diverse team
• Personal interest and enthusiasm for food and proactive hospitality
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift)
• Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ pounds) and work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold

Nice To Haves

• Back of House experience preferred but not required
