About The Position

As a member of the team you provide our customers an exceptional, consistent experience by implementing Barracuda's standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness. Every member of our team works to create an environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity. We are hiring Line Cooks for PM shifts.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the service industry required, preferably in a high-volume setting
• Personable and enjoys working with customers and a diverse team
• Personal interest and enthusiasm for food and proactive hospitality
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift)
• Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ pounds) and work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold

Nice To Haves

• Back of House experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks efficiently and within expected timeframes
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of products
• Minimize waste and maximize usage by following recipes and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation daily
• Embody Barracuda’s culture, vision, and values
• Communicate effectively with teammates and support collaboration
• Be responsive to feedback and work to resolve issues quickly
