Responsible for coordinating menu item preparation and production to CCCH specifications and standards. This role involves coordinating, performing, or supervising pre-opening line checks, opening procedures, kitchen cleaning, and closing procedures. It also includes coordinating and performing all pre-dinner prep, set-up, restocking of coolers, safe food storage, and rotation. The Line Cook will prepare food and expedite tickets with food servers to ensure timely service of each course, and assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food preparation work areas.
