Requirements

- Communication and collaboration skills
- 1+ year in a line cook position at a casual dining restaurant or similar experience
- Basic food, kitchen equipment and prepping knowledge
- Must be able to read tickets on screen
- Food handlers certification
- Work Authorization: United States Citizen or Undocumented Noncitizen authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Display working knowledge of all ingredients and preparation used on the menu
- Follow company recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications
- Maintain a fully stocked station throughout each shift and ensure that all food meets company standards
- Consistently ensure station is clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and embody an environment of teamwork
- Demonstrate an eagerness to refine skills and desire to learn and grow
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle varying levels of business volume with composure & a positive attitude
- Perform all opening and closing duties assigned by managers
- Follow all safety and state guidelines for preventing transmission of Covid-19 and other illnesses
