Requirements

  • 1+ year of back-of-house experience preferred
  • Ability to stay composed and organized in high-pressure situations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive, energetic attitude
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Committed to safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
  • English speaking required
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to effectively present our menu to guests and answer questions.
  • Must be able to speak English.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
  • The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell.
  • The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
