As a Line Cook, you'll be part of a dynamic culinary team supporting our restaurants and outlets, preparing dishes for our members and guests. At Congressional, we look for Team Members who believe the impossible is possible-those who are driven to make a positive impact and know that as a team, we achieve more. What You'll Do Prepare, cook, and plate dishes following standard recipes. Take inventory, requisition ingredients, and ensure your station is set up and maintained. Collaborate with other kitchen operations to coordinate the timing of orders. Notify the Sous Chef of shortages and suggest improvements. Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and properly store food items. Close the kitchen properly using the established checklist. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for growth and improvement. Follow all safety and food safety regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sous Chef.
