About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will prepare and produce high‑quality food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service while maintaining consistent standards for taste, presentation, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional cooking experience in a high‑volume or high‑quality culinary environment.
  • Ability to operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment such as fryers, broilers, stoves, ovens, mixers, food processors, slicers, steamers, flat‑top grills, and steam tables.
  • Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of culinary techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong time‑management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Work all stations on the line (grill, sauté, cold line) and prepare menu items according to recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
  • Complete mise en place and station setup for various meal periods.
  • Safely operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment.
  • Properly label, date, and rotate food items; maintain par levels and support efforts to manage food cost, reduce waste, and ensure efficient usage.
