They are looking for a Full-Time Line Cook who can handle a fast-paced environment, maintain high standards of food quality, and contribute positively to the crew. The role involves taking ownership of a station, ensuring consistency in dishes, and performing well during busy periods, especially when the bar is packed and live music is playing.
