About The Position
La Terrazza Nicabanos is South Beach’s newest restaurant-nightlife destination, offering elegant indoor and patio dining with curated DJs and live performers. Elevated cuisine, bold cocktails, and a vibrant, performance-driven setting create a chic, social atmosphere where the night naturally becomes the main event. We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our opening team and support nightly culinary execution.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of line cook experience
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Nice To Haves
- Upscale dining experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute dishes according to La Terrazza Nicabanos’s standards
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Support prep, service, and closing duties
- Follow safety and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment
