We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for creating exceptional dining experiences. As a Line Cook, you’ll play a key role in preparing and executing menu items to the highest standard while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Evo’s standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with prep work, inventory, and daily cleaning duties
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tickets efficiently
