About The Position

The primary responsibility of this position is the consistent production of quality food and the required supporting tasks to achieve that goal including: -Preparing and executing dishes -Collaborating with Sous Chef to execute dishes -Adhere to kitchen processes -Other tasks as assigned This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a successful and growing team! Requirements

  • Positive, thoughtful and approachable
  • Solid organization, planning, and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Drop Box, and the Google Drive Suite
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • A history in casual dining management of at least five years working as a Café or Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the chefs in all kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and standards.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Manage food inventory and ordering.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Develop new recipes and menus.
